HS2 launches third tunnelling machine under London

HS2 has once again begun tunnelling under the UK’s capital, launching its third tunnel boring machine (TBM) in London. The tunnel will not be used by HS2 trains, but instead will be used to deliver materials and remove spoil from the northern portal where HS2’s Euston twin-bored tunnel will be constructed.
