Bulroc, based in Chesterfield, England, had a turnover of £6.2 million (US$8 million) with a profitability (EBITDA-%) of around 16% at the end of FY 2015. The agreed debt-free purchase price of Bulroc (UK) was £10.1 million.

Robit stated that this will significantly strengthen its DTH business area, and with the two acquisitions, the company's cumulative net sales will be greater than €75 million (US$83 million).

According to Robit, the acquisitions are an important part of its global growth strategy, and it is looking to grow in all three of its strategic business areas: DTH, top hammer and digital services.
