Keltbray has become one of the first organisations in the UK to be certified against BSI’s new standard. The new standard - ISO 45003: 2021 Occupational health and safety management – psychological health and safety at work – Guidelines for managing psychosocial risks, was published in June 2021 and gives guidance for managing psychosocial risks and provides recommendations to organisations on how to prevent work-related psychological ill health.
