Van Elle purchases first rigid inclusion rig

A Bauer RTG RG19T telescopic leader rig for installing rigid inclusions is the latest addition to Van Elle’s fleet of piling rigs

The new addition to Van Elle's fleet is a step forward as it expands its ground improvement offering across the county.

The Bauer RTG RG19T telescopic leader rig, which was supplied by AGD, is equipped with a MR150AVM vibro with ACS system. Including a MB100 rotary head with ACS system, 5.5t service winch, and a Cat C18 750hp engine tier 4i.

The versatile rig is suitable for installing rigid inclusions, vibro stone columns, sheet piling, CFA piling and more.

The rig has already made its way to its first project when the team installed 320mm diameter rigid inclusions to support the foundations for an office unit at the Bakewell Riverside Business Park.
