The opening of the new London office will provide much needed geographic support for the company's rapidly growing business portfolio and provide a UK-base for where many of GDG's clients are located and where business presents most potential.

Recently appointed director Yvonne Ainsworth will be heading up the office and management of the company's operations in England. She brings a wealth of experience in pile and foundation design, geotechnics and soil mechanics to the rapidly growing client base.

Speaking about the opening of the new office Ainsworth said: "Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions is on a very steep growth curve and with many existing clients based in the South of England, it is logistically sensible to bring the business to them.

"In addition, the region also offers the greatest potential for the company and having an office in the heart of where business is happening will help Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions capitalise on the opportunities this presents."
