Debe Flow Group has acquired TerraRoc Ltd the geotechnical drilling consumables company’s operations in the UK. The company will fall under Debe Flow Group’s new sub-group, Debe Infra Group, which is led by André Hoondert.

TerraRoc Ltd is joining TerraRoc Finland Oy as a part of the Debe Flow Group

The acquisition follows on from the news that Debe Flow Group had acquired the operations of TerraRoc Finland Oy in 2023.

Speaking about the acquisition of TerraRoc Finland Oy at the time, Oscar Heydorn, Group CEO of Debe Flow Group, said: "TerraRoc is an exciting and well-established company that we have had collaborations with in recent years.
