Due to continued rain and slippery slope conditions, all crew members and equipment worked under rope-access conditions while working on a slope stabilisation project in Hawkins County, Tennessee

In the early hours of February 21, 2019, heavy rain caused a massive landslide in Hawkins County, Tennessee, that swept away both travel lanes of State Road (SR) 70.
