Statom Group has confirmed its acquisition of piling and deep foundation specialist Franki Foundations UK.

With over 20 years of operations in the UK, Franki Foundations, which a turnover of more than £40 million, has built a strong reputation for delivering complex foundation packages across the UK. Its services include rotary bored piling, CFA piling, driven piling, retaining walls, mini piling, and complete foundation packages, all supported by in-house design and engineering expertise.

By welcoming Franki Foundations into Statom Group, which was founded in 2020 and now has offices in Glasgow, Crawley, Thurrock, and London Bridge, the business is strengthening its geotechnical and deep foundation expertise, reinforcing its ambition to deliver large-scale, technically demanding projects across the UK.
