In the best interests of all concerned, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2020, will not be held in Las Vegas, September 28-30, 2020.

The show, which is typically held every four years, will be postponed until September 2021. The current plan by the show's sponsor, the National Mining Association (NMA), is to instead hold MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021 in Las Vegas.

The show's organisers are working with its event partners to identify and secure the necessary exhibition facilities and hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for a successful MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021. Once the logistical arrangements have been confirmed the new dates will be announced.

Meanwhile, it is a similar situation in Europe with the news that the bi-annual Italian event Geofluid, which was due to take place in Piacenza from September 30 to Saturday October 03, 2020 has been postponed.

The Geofluid exhibition which provides an opportunity for participants to update their professional knowledge and learning about the latest technologies and anticipating market trends about prospecting, extracting and conveying of underground fluids has been rescheduled to take place on May 19 - 22, 2021. The location of the Piacenza Expo in Italy remains unchanged.
