"Nothing behind me, everything ahead of me," wrote Kerouac as Sal and Dean trundled across the United States in a 1949 Hudson Commodore.
It's a phrase that the drivers towing the Trimble-branded Airstream could do well to remember when they hit the tarmac this month on a cross-country road trip to show how customers have weaved Trimble construction, geospatial and transportation technology into everyday life.
Serving as a mobile studio, the trailer will be a key feature of Trimble's Everywhere You Turn roadshow, as it stops at construction projects, infrastructure landmarks, stadiums and high-profile sites and events over the next few months as the company highlights the "grit and innovation" its customers display when designing, building, mapping and moving the modern world.
"Trimble is transforming how the world works, yet most people are not aware of the vital role technology plays in building and sustaining some of our most important assets and industries," said Erin Jones, AVP of Brand at Trimble.

"The Everywhere You Turn journey invites the world to see innovation in action and celebrate unsung heroes solving complex challenges – from surveyors measuring mountains and organisations building and maintaining resilient infrastructure to logistics professionals optimizing the global supply chain."
Trimble will document the journey, producing videos, real-time social media content and in-depth interviews that showcase Trimble customers and technology in action. This will include a four-part video series that spotlights the technology behind some of the world's most ambitious projects. One video will take a behind-the-scenes look at one of the biggest stadiums ever built and explore how architecture, design and construction technologies connect the digital with the physical.
The Everywhere You Turn trip can be followed online at Trimble.com or from Trimble's YouTube channel, LinkedIn, X and Facebook pages.
The trailer will also be at the Sonoma Raceway Fan Zone during the NASCAR Cup Series race on June 28 and at Soldier Field in Chicago for the Liverpool FC match against Leeds United on August 2.
The road trip will culminate when the trailer arrives at the Trimble Dimensions User Conference in Las Vegas November 9-11.
